I'm going to say the Hopi tribe, but I'm not sure. I think they do a lot of beadwork.

The Assiniboine/Sioux Indian is one of the West's most highly regarded beadworkers...so they would be my quess.

After a lot of searching this is what I found:

In reference to Sharon's post about the Huichol Indians, the vision quests which they take are brought on by the influence of the desert peyote plant, a small ground hugging cacti, with hallucinogenic properties.
I'm going with the Mexican Huichol Indians. But I have to admit I didn't actually know the answer until I Googled "Indian Art Beadwork Masks". Yeah, that's totally what I typed in. Thought that would cover all my bases.
